Send a message and photos of your item to our WhatsApp. A team member reviews them and replies with questions or a preliminary offer.

Our online form saves your details and photos to your request so our team can review it and contact you by your preferred method.
Selling vs. pawning
When you sell, you receive cash and we keep the item — nothing to repay. When you pawn, the item secures a loan and you can get it back by repaying the loan and fees within the agreed terms. Not every item is eligible for both.
Why photos help
Clear photos of the front, back, labels, serial numbers and any damage help us give a more accurate preliminary offer. Photos are optional — you can send them later.
How items are evaluated
We look at brand, model, condition, completeness, authenticity and current market demand. Final value is confirmed after an in-person inspection.
After a preliminary offer
A preliminary offer is an estimate, not a final offer. If you'd like to continue, we arrange a time to inspect the item and confirm the final amount.
ID and ownership verification
A valid government-issued photo ID is required to complete any pawn or purchase, and we may ask for proof of ownership, as required by law.
How you get paid
After a completed transaction, you can be paid in cash or by an available electronic method such as Zelle, Cash App or Venmo.
Pawn redemption
Where pawn loans are available, you can redeem your item by paying the amount due before the loan term ends. You can check your balance online on the My Pawn page.
Fees and terms
Current pawn fees and terms are shown on your pawn ticket and explained by our team before you sign. Ask us any time.
